PCD Breakfast Options
Use this as guidelines for planning out your PCD menus. There is a large variety of options, whether you're on the go and need something quick or can sit down for a nice breakfast with the family.
Breakfast:
- Oatmeal with nut butter, whole milk, ceylon cinnamon, molasses or honey, blueberries, and walnuts or pecans
- Greek Yogurt with walnuts, honey drizzle and frozen berries
- Sourdough Toast with eggs cooked in butter and sliced avocado
- Protein Shake made with whole milk, oats, nut butter, chia seed and protein powder
- Cottage cheese, carob powder, shredded coconut, walnuts, flax seed oil, and honey
- Sweet Potato Scramble consisting of a baked sweet potato, honey, dried coconut, pumpkin seeds, ceylon cinnamon with scrambled eggs and avocado oil drizzle
- Quinoa breakfast scrambled with 1/2 c. cooked quinoa and scrambled eggs with spinach, bell pepper, feta cheese and olive oil
- Scrambled eggs, bacon, slice of sourdough toast with butter and honey drizzle
- Almond Butter with honey on whole wheat tortilla, with raw apples and walnuts with whole milk to drink
- Mediterranean Egg bowl with scrambled eggs, cooked farro, crumbled feta cheese, olive oil, diced tomatoes, spinach and olives
- Protein pancakes made with 1/2 c. oats, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 egg, 1/4 c. milk, 1/2 mashed banana, blend then use butter for cooking pancakes, top with berries and almond butter
- Sweet Potato Hash with cubed baked sweet potato, 2 fried eggs in butter, black beans, spinach, bell peppers, onion and avocado oil drizzle
- Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast with sourdough bread, smoked salmon, sliced avocado, olive oil drizzle, capers, and lemon juice
- Yogurt parfait made with yogurt, granola, chia seed, almond butter, and frozen berries
- Chocolate & PB Smoothie made with full fat milk, banana, 1 scoop protein powder, PB, ceylon cinnamon and ice cubes
- Quinoa bowl made with cooked quinoa, chickpeas, tahini sauce, poached eggs, sauteed greens
- Sourdough toast with whole milk ricotta, fig jam, honey drizzle, finely chopped walnuts
